Spacious apartment, renovated, comfortable, quiet, well-ventilated, located near Copacabana beach (post 3) and next to the subway (Cardeal Arcoverde Station). Located in a commercial area with numerous restaurant, bar, store, local commerce, bank, pharmacy, and other service options.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single trundle bed, and the second with two single beds (one of which is a trundle bed), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. The master bedroom has cable TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, spacious closets, and nightstands.

The unit has one main bathroom and a second bathroom in the laundry area, where the washing machine is located.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining table for six, cable TV, and air conditioning. The office area features a workspace and air conditioning.

The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils (cutlery, glasses, plates, pots/pans) and appliances to prepare your meals—such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich press, and blender—as well as an iron and ironing board.

- The building is quiet and features an elevator and a 24-hour front desk, but it does not offer parking spaces.
- The building entrance is located at Praça Cardeal Arcoverde, 15 (the building with the green gate, opposite the Gláucio Gil Theater).
- Guests have access to all rooms shown in the listing photos.
- The property is accessible via private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

- We are not responsible for any items left behind in the apartment after check-out.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and anywhere on the building premises.
- Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas is not permitted.
- Toilets, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not flush paper, sanitary products, sand, or any other foreign objects down the plumbing. You will be charged for any clogs caused by misuse.

- You will be charged for the cost of repairs resulting from the misuse of towels, bed linen, or upholstery (including holes or stains). Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. Advance identification of all guests via an official photo ID is mandatory.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

- Electricity charges apply to stays of 20 nights or longer.
