The fully integrated room to the smaller bedroom has a smart Tv that accepts subscription apps (streaming), air conditioning, sofa, home office space, dining table.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (new), microwave (new), electric cooktop (1 burner and 220 volts), electric coffee maker, toaster, built-in water filter, strainer, built-in cabinets (new) with glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, dish towels, table accessories. In short, all the utensils and appliances necessary to prepare a good meal. There are markers in all drawers to facilitate the location of these utensils. The service area has a washbasin, ladder, iron and ironing board, and floor clothesline.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet area of Copacabana, three blocks from the beach and 10 minutes walking from Arpoador and Ipanema beaches. The General Osório metro station is just a few steps from the building's entrance. Souza Lima street has a renowned bakery (Farro) and a great coffee shop (Panadero) and in the surroundings guests will benefit from the convenience of being in Copacabana with many stores, restaurants, bars, gyms, banks within hundreds of meters radius.

Guest access:
-The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour reception, and 1 parking space.
-The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
