— Bedroom 2: Integrated with the living room and without a door, following the apartment’s open-plan concept. It features a trundle bed, luggage rack, dresser, and floor fan. The accommodation comfortably accommodates two adults and one child.

— Kitchen: Integrated with the other living spaces and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, single-burner 220V electric cooktop, electric coffee maker, toaster, built-in water filter, dish drainer, built-in cabinets, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, pots, dish towels, and all the essential utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals. — Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.

— We kindly ask that waste be separated into recyclable and organic materials and disposed of in the designated areas of the building.
