Attention!

- All organic waste must be disposed of in the trash chute, packed in sturdy bags. Recyclable materials, especially glass, must be cleaned and properly bagged before disposal. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a fine. We also emphasize that sharp objects, glass, and piercing materials should never be disposed of with regular trash. These must be separated, properly packaged, and, preferably, communicated to the employee on duty, to avoid surprises and accidents.

- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the listing.

-We are not responsible for any construction or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. All guests must provide official photo ID in advance.

- To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

- The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator. - Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
