The apartment was recently decorated with great style and comfort and offers everything you need for a perfect stay. It is distributed in a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, Costela armchair, furnished balcony, split air conditioning and smart Tv. The dining room has a table and counter for 6 people to enjoy their meals and is integrated with a kitchen equipped with utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses, pots) and appliances such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker. In the service area we can find a washing machine, ceiling clothesline and iron and ironing board.

The two rooms are spacious, well-lit and have air conditioning, large wardrobes and blackout curtains. One of them has a suite with a private bathroom, queen bed and balcony, and the other has a double bed.

Guest access:
-Location does not have a parking space.
-The condominium is quiet, provides 24-hour reception and an open pool from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday.
-The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi and Uber.

Attention!

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
