Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, provides guests with a 24-hour doorman and 2 parking spaces on site, 1 for a large car and 1 for a small car.

-Guests will have access to all rooms that appear in the photos of the ad.
-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi and Uber.

Attention!
- We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please contact us in advance.
- The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.
- Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.
- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.
-The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card administrator.
-Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
-Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
