ATTENTION!

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the CONDOMINIUM that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

- The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
