Important: By condominium rules, guests must virtually sign a hosting contract for the front desk to release their entry and thus enjoy their stay with us! Failure to sign the contract 72 hours in advance will result in the cancellation of the reservation by the guest and the deposit amount will not be refunded.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and 3 bathrooms, with one powder room, 1 full bathroom, and the full bathroom in the service area.

The room is composed of a reclining sofa, cable Tv (possibility of accessing Netflix), wifi, dining table with 6 chairs, and air conditioning.

The first room has a double bed, a home-office desk and Tv (cable), while the second has a bunk bed and a countertop with a chair, in the third there is a bunk bed and Tv (cable). All rooms are air-conditioned.

The first bathroom has a bathtub (single), hot water, bath towels, and the second is a powder room.

The kitchen provides all the basic necessary items, such as: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, plates, glasses, pots, and utensils.

There is also a service area with a tank (hot water), washing machine, ironing board, and service bathroom (hot water shower).

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
