Very well located, next to the Botafogo metro and less than 5 minutes from Botafogo Praia Shopping and Botafogo beach, as well as the bars on Nelson Mandela Street and Voluntários da Pátria. Despite the proximity of the bars and the street, it is very quiet because it is in the back block.

The apartment is on the second floor and, despite having an elevator, the flight of stairs is also quite small.

The apartment has many windows, with one large window in the bedroom and one in the living room, which makes it well-ventilated and bright. In the suite, the furniture is planned, with a home office/study desk and a spacious wardrobe, it has two beds with two more retractable/articulated beds underneath that are at the same height as a normal bed, it has bed and bath linens and a television in the bedroom.

The two bathrooms are quite similar and have hot water by gas (as do all the faucets in the house).

The room has an open-concept kitchen fully equipped, a large sofa bed and Smart Tv in the living room.

The laundry area has a washing machine and a small wash basin, as well as an ironing board and an iron.

Guest access:
-The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour reception, but does not have a parking space.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.
The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.
Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.
-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.
To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.
The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.
The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
