— Bedroom: Two single beds, with two retractable/foldable beds underneath the main beds, which are the same height as a standard bed when opened. The room also features a TV, blackout curtains, air conditioning, built-in furniture, a spacious wardrobe, and a home office/study area

— Kitchen: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen integrated with the living room, featuring the main appliances, kitchenware, plates, glasses, cutlery, and all the essentials for preparing meals.

— Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, both with gas-heated hot water. All faucets in the accommodation also have gas-heated water.

— Laundry area: Washing machine, semi-automatic washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

— Internet: Wi-Fi (600 Mbps).

— Windows: The apartment features several windows, including large windows in the living room and bedroom, ensuring excellent natural light and ventilation.

— The accommodation can be easily accessed by private car, bus, subway, taxi, and ride-hailing services.

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.

— Walking through the building's common areas shirtless or wearing swimwear is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any maintenance work, renovations, or temporary unavailability of building facilities during your stay. If a specific amenity is essential for your reservation, please contact us before booking.

— Please do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic materials in the toilet, sinks, or drains. Any plumbing damage or blockage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.

— We kindly ask that waste be separated into recyclable and organic materials and disposed of in the designated areas of the building.

– Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the building's quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and help maintain a pleasant environment for all residents and neighbors.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required, which will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or non-compliance with the conditions established in the contract.
