This newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment is very well located, one block from the beach (on average a 2-minute walk). The apartment faces a beautiful rock and the forest, with the sound of nature. Plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity, with Zona Sul supermarket next door, as well as bakeries, bars, restaurants, hortifruti, among others.

The accommodation features a spacious living room with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, a coffee table, sideboard, bar, and shoe rack. Next to the main living room is a dining area with a table that seats up to four people.
The comfortable suite has a queen-size bed, bookcase, two bedside tables, new split air conditioning, top-of-the-line noise-reducing windows, and a 50" Samsung Smart TV. Completing the suite is a full bathroom with shower and a spacious powder room with sink and hot water shower.
There is also a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan, and LG 55" 4K Ultra Smart TV.
There are two more guest bathrooms in the apartment, both with hot water.
The spacious kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator, Soft filter with cold water, large countertop for food preparation, cabinet with complete utensils, shelf with dishes, and appliances. Finally, there is a laundry area with a washing machine, two ceiling clotheslines, a basket for used clothes, and a spacious utility bathroom with a sink and hot water.

- To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we have a camera access control system at the entrance to the apartment, monitoring the entry and exit of guests. If unauthorized visits or extra guests beyond the previously agreed amount are identified, an additional fee will be charged.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has 3 elevators, 24-hour concierge, but no parking space.

-The guest will have access to all the rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be reached by private vehicle, bus, metro, cab or Uber.

Attention!

Arriving From The Beach With Or Without Bathing Suits Must Always Be Done From The Side Of The Building, At The Service Entrance Through The Garage. There Is An Area Reserved For Cleaning Feet And Objects From The Sand.

- We cannot be held responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available at the time of booking. If any of these items are important to your booking, please contact us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, absorbent pads, sand or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged for.

- Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with make-up, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, paints, pens, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

-The refund of the deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days of the end of the stay, depending on the period required by the card company.

-A change in the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
