We have a suite with a double bed and television; and the other room has two single beds with an auxiliary bed; the apartment also offers 2 extra single mattresses. In total, we have space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. There are two bathrooms and the third is en-suite.

The room has comfortable sofas, television and dining table. The kitchen is equipped for daily needs and, if necessary, we can attend to other needs that guests may have. There is also a service area with a sink and washing machine.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 15 nights or more.
