Finally, Arpoador, Copacabana and Ipanema beaches are all within walking distance, with Arpoador Rock being famous for its sunset.

The accommodation features a spacious and airy living room with sofas, a dining table, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, and utensils to make your stay complete. There is also a full bathroom + toilet.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.
-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.
-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. All guests must provide official photo ID in advance.
-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.
-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer. -Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge. -Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
