— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation are not permitted without prior authorization.

— The accommodation can be accessed by private car, bus, metro, taxi, and Uber.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.
