The main house has 2 bedrooms, both of which are suites. The first suite is equipped with a queen-size bed, the other suite with 2 single beds that can become a double bed when placed side by side. All rooms have hot-cold air conditioning.

The accommodation can sleep up to 12 people.

The house has a dining room and a double living room/porch, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, pots, pans, wine glasses, electric coffee maker, blender, and sandwich maker.

Finally, there is Wi-Fi, cable Tv, virtual fireplace, fans, and a washing machine in the area.

It has a large barbecue grill, a small one, table, countertop and all barbecue accessories.

The land of the house is completely flat and bordered by the river, having a pool and treehouse, in addition to a wide lawn and a deck with two loungers, chairs and umbrella, shower and small shower for guest use.

In addition to being at your disposal, we provide recommendations for cooks and housekeepers who can be hired separately to perform services for the group.

Due to the recent renovation, the house has an unheated pool on the veranda.

Guest access:
-The house is quiet and has a guardhouse operating from 6 pm to 6 am with a doorman, and also has 3 parking spaces.
-The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.
-Pool cleaning is performed weekly.

Attention!

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
