The apartment features a spacious living room with an internal balcony with a cozy environment, a sofa bed that accommodates one person to sleep, Tv, 1 table and 1 chair and plants and home office space for your convenience.

The room is a spacious suite with a bathroom and a large wardrobe and bedside furniture with plenty of space for the guest's belongings.
The kitchen has all the necessary structure to perform meals comfortably.

The internal balcony air conditioner is located on the upper part and does not have a control, so to turn it on it is necessary to climb on a small stool that we provide.

Guest access:
-The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour reception, but does not have a parking space.
-The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi and Uber.

Attention!

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
