— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the repair or replacement cost. Please take special care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid government-issued photo ID.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— Organic waste must be properly bagged and disposed of through the building’s garbage disposal chute located next to the staircase, helping to prevent odors and the proliferation of insects.

— Glass, bottles, and other items such as boxes and packaging must be disposed of in the designated bin located on the floor of the hallway staircase area.

— Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required. It will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the conditions established in the agreement.
