Suite: One queen-size bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and TV.
Bedroom 2: Two single bunk beds that can be converted into a double bed, wardrobes, and air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: Maid's quarters, recently renovated with a single bunk bed and ceiling fan.

The living room has a sofa bed, smart TV, dining table with four chairs, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, containing a table with two chairs, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The service area has a washer and dryer, electric iron, ironing board, cabinets, and clothesline.

Guest Access:

- The building is residential, has an elevator, 24-hour concierge, and parking space suitable for small and medium-sized cars, but tight for larger cars.

- The guest will have access to all rooms shown in the listing photos.

- The accommodation is accessible by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- In case of loss of the tag that opens the gate and the concierge door, a fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged to make a new copy.

- We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and on the building premises.

- It is not permitted to walk around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- Toilets, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic waste. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
