You will feel at home in a cozy and peaceful environment, surrounded by the neighborhood's main attractions: shopping malls, restaurants, movie theaters, theaters, churches, playgrounds, and the Flamengo club. In addition, you will be very close to the Gávea neighborhood and a 10-minute walk from the Ipanema neighborhood, where you can enjoy other tourist and cultural attractions of the marvelous city.

The apartment accommodates groups of up to 5 people and offers guests Wi-Fi, Amazon Prime on TV, air conditioning, and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom accommodates 4 guests in a bunk bed, the second bedroom has a double bed accommodating 2 guests, and for the seventh person we provide a single mattress. The apartment also has a guest bathroom and, in addition, a living room, kitchen, and laundry area with a washing machine, sink, clothesline, and a service bathroom.

Important: An apartment on the same floor is undergoing renovation work, so some noise may be heard inside the accommodation.

Important Note: Always open the bathroom window before taking a hot shower.

The living room is comfortable and provides a leisurely atmosphere to relax and enjoy your stay with a TV, sofa, and dining table. The maid's room is not available for guest use.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has no elevator, and no parking space.

- There is no 24-hour concierge.

-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Please note!

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the ad.

-We are not responsible for any construction or condominium amenities that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. Prior identification of all guests with official photo ID is mandatory.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the
contract.

-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
