— Damage, stains, or holes to towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the property with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.
