We provide an iron, washing machine, and hair dryer.

Kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes, cutlery, toaster, blender, gas stove and oven. Perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to complete meals.

Second environment is a leisure space, a comfortable suite with two single beds, offering privacy and additional comfort.

Fully furnished kitchen with barbecue grill, spacious countertop, refrigerator and Tv, ideal for preparing delicious meals outdoors.

The external area has a garden, pool, and loungers for leisure and relaxation moments.

Guest access:
- The environment is quiet, provides 24-hour housekeeping and 3 parking spaces.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Turn off external lights before sleeping.
- Do not leave organic trash outside at night, as cats will spread it everywhere.
- The guest will have access to all rooms that appear in the advertisement photos.
- It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remembering that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the advertisement.

We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs generated by misuse will be charged.

Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not contracted the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

The return of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

The electricity bill will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
