— The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, buses, taxis, and Uber.

Important information:

— Building access policy: The condominium has strict access control rules. Identification documents for all guests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Additional guests, visitors, or any individuals who have not been previously registered and authorized are not permitted.

— Events and parties: Events, parties, or celebrations are not permitted on the property, regardless of the number of participants.

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.

— Walking through the building's common areas shirtless or wearing swimwear is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any maintenance work, renovations, or temporary unavailability of building facilities during your stay. If a specific amenity is essential for your reservation, please contact us before booking.

— Please do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic materials in the toilet, sinks, or drains. Any plumbing damage or blockage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.

— We kindly ask that waste be separated into recyclable and organic materials and disposed of in the designated areas of the building.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required, which will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or non-compliance with the conditions established in the contract.
