The apartment is on the 7th floor at the back. It has three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and another with single beds, one of the double rooms also has air conditioning.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic materials. Do not flush paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign materials down the drain. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, as well as holes or stains, will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.
