- The building offers 24-hour reception and an elevator. There is no garage.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Remember that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the listing.

-We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, holes or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visits or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

-To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract

-The refund of the security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period required by the card administrator.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
