- We are not responsible for any ongoing works or amenities of the Condominium that may not be available during your stay. If any of the items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not flush paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material down the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotions, cigarettes, paints, and markers, etc.

- Visits or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

- The security deposit refund will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Electricity charges will be billed for stays of 20 nights or more.
