-The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, elevator, but no parking space.-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- In case of loss of the tag that opens the gate and the door to the concierge, a fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged to make a new one.

- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the listing.

-We are not responsible for any construction work or condominium amenities that are not available during your reservation. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, pens, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. Prior identification of all guests with official photo ID is mandatory.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card administrator.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity will be charged for stays of 20 nights or more.
