-The building is quiet, has an elevator, and offers guests 24-hour concierge service.

-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

-Air conditioners must be turned off whenever the property is unoccupied, due to electrical overload, equipment burnout, and fire risk. If excessive electricity consumption is detected, the excess amount may be charged separately according to the official rate of the power company. The meter reading and respective documentation may be used as a basis for any request for reimbursement by the platform. By confirming the reservation, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree to this condition.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the ad.

-We are not responsible for any construction or condominium amenities that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. Prior identification of all guests with official photo ID is mandatory.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be refunded in full at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 15 nights or more.
