• Community and safety

— Guests must fully comply with the condominium's bylaws, internal regulations, and any additional instructions issued by the building management.

— Excessive noise, disturbance of the peace, or any conduct that violates the condominium rules is not permitted.

— The front desk may deny access to anyone who has not been previously registered.

— In case of non-compliance with the condominium rules, guest registration may be canceled and access to the building may be blocked, without prejudice to any penalties established under the internal regulations.

• Occupancy and use of common areas

— Parties, events, gatherings, meetings, or any activity incompatible with the residential purpose of the building are not permitted.

— Authorized individuals must use the main entrance and the entrance designated for beachgoers according to the purpose of each access point and the condominium's rules.

— Guests are not authorized to access or use the building's parking garage.

Important information:

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.

— Walking through the building's common areas shirtless or wearing swimwear is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any maintenance work, renovations, or temporary unavailability of building facilities during your stay. If a specific amenity is essential for your reservation, please contact us before booking.

— Please do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic materials in the toilet, sinks, or drains. Any plumbing damage or blockage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
