Guest access:

— The building is residential, quiet and equipped with an elevator and 24-hour front desk.

— The accommodation includes one parking space. To authorize vehicle access, the vehicle model and license plate must be provided to the building management in advance.

— Guests will have exclusive access to all rooms and spaces shown in the listing photos.

— The accommodation can be accessed by private car, bus, subway, taxi and ride-hailing services.

Important information:

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and throughout the building.

— Walking shirtless or wearing swimwear is not permitted in the building’s common areas.

— We are not responsible for any construction work, maintenance or temporary unavailability of condominium facilities or amenities. If any particular amenity is essential to your stay, please check with us in advance.

— Toilets, sinks and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic materials. Please do not flush paper, sanitary products, cat litter or any other inappropriate material. Any clogging caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who are not registered guests are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must provide a valid photo ID in advance.

— Any change to the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We kindly ask guests to separate recyclable and organic waste and dispose of it in the appropriate areas of the building.

— Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms established in the rental agreement.
