Important: Please note that every Wednesday (occasionally on Thursdays), the pool will be maintained by a pool technician. The procedure is quick, taking about 15 minutes, and is essential to ensure water quality.

Guest access:

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, one parking space, and 24-hour concierge service from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, there is no concierge, and guests will receive a tag to access the building.

-Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the photos in the ad.

-The accommodation can be accessed by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the listing.

- We are not responsible for any construction work or condominium amenities that may not be available during your stay. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior approval. All guests must provide official photo ID upon arrival.

- The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity charges will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
