IMPORTANT: For safety reasons, the property is not recommended for children, as there is a staircase to access the mezzanine.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the building that are not available during your reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linens, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of your stay, depending on the processing time required by your card issuer.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
