- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Beware of makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

-To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the processing time for the card issuer.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.
