- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the listing's cancellation policy.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the building that are not available during the reservation. If any of the following items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic waste. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

-To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of your stay, depending on the processing time required by your card issuer.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
