The apartment is modern and very comfortable, sleeping up to four people. It features a living room, bedroom, open-concept kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Living Room: A sofa bed, smart TV, a counter with two additional seats, and a cabinet.

Bedroom: A queen-size bed, air conditioning, a sofa, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains.

Open-concept kitchen: 4-burner cooktop, refrigerator, electric oven, pots and pans, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, microwave, plates, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

The shared bathroom is fully equipped and also includes a washing machine.

-We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, in accordance with the listing’s cancellation policy.

-We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the building that may not be available during your stay. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic materials. Do not flush paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material down the drain. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, as well as holes or stains, will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

-Visitors or individuals who have not rented the space from us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we require a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions set forth in the contract.

-The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the time required by the card issuer.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
