The apartment is comfortable and well-decorated. It has one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom, accommodating up to four people.

Living room: A sofa bed, TV, table with three chairs.

Bedroom: A queen bed, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, and blackout curtains.

Kitchen: Oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and kitchen utensils.

Guest access:

- The building has 24-hour security, but no parking space.

- Guests will have access to all rooms shown in the listing photos.

- The accommodation is accessible by private vehicles, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

-We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

- After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the listing.

- We are not responsible for any construction or amenities in the Condominium that are not available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary napkins, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

- Misuse of towels, bed linens, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to the repair cost. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visits or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo ID is mandatory.

- To guarantee the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the contract.

- The security deposit will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, depending on the processing time required by the card issuer.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
