Guest access:

-The property is available 24 hours a day, but does not include any garage.

-The guest will have access to all the accommodations that appear in the advertisement photos.

-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, buses, metro, taxi and Uber.

-We are not responsible for any item left in the apartment after check out.

-The payment or cancellation of the reservation is subject to the collection of a tax of 5%. Note that in cases of cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, respecting the cancellation policy of the announcement.

-We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that are not available to you during the reservation. If any items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The sanitary container, pineapples and scraps are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not use paper, absorbent material, sand or any other foreign material. Items generated through misuse will be charged.

-Ouse of towels, bed linen and two stews, furs or stains will be charged accordingly as a repair fee. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, suntan lotion, cigarettes, ink, cans, etc.

-Visits or people who do not have a contract or known space are not permitted without prior release. Prior identification of all guests with an official document with photo and obligation.

-To guarantee the safety and preservation of your vehicle during the rental period, we charge a security deposit. This value will be fully refunded at the end of the lease, as long as there is no damage to the vehicle or failure to comply with the conditions established in the contract.

-The refund of the money will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period necessary for the card administrator.

-A change in the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

-Electric energy charging will be carried out for stays of 20 nights or more.
