- It is not permitted to walk around shirtless or in swimwear in the building’s common areas.

- We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

-After payment, cancellation of the reservation is subject to a 5% fee. Please note that for cancellations closer to the check-in date, the general rule remains the same, in accordance with the listing’s cancellation policy.

-We are not responsible for any construction work or amenities in the condominium that may not be available during your stay. If any of these items are important to your reservation, please consult us in advance.

-The toilet, sinks, and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic materials. Do not flush paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign materials down the drain. Clogs caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bedding, and upholstery, as well as holes or stains, will be charged according to the cost of repair. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

-To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the rental period, we require a security deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the terms established in the contract.

-The security deposit will be refunded within 30 to 60 days after the end of your stay, depending on the processing time required by the credit card company.

-Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional fee.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
