- The toilet, sinks and drains are not designed for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not flush paper, sanitary towels, sand or any other foreign material down the drain. Blockages caused by misuse will be charged.

-Misuse of towels, bed linen and upholstery, including holes or stains, will be charged according to the cost of repair. Take care with make-up, sun cream, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, felt-tip pens, etc.

-Visitors or people who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorisation. All guests must present valid photo ID upon check-in.

-Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

-Electricity charges will apply for stays of 20 nights or more.
