First floor: Living room with a sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, table with two chairs, and blackout curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and glasses. The bedroom features a standard double bed, air conditioning, a clothes rack, and blackout curtains. There is a full bathroom. A washing machine and a baby crib are also available on this floor.

Second floor: Living room with Smart TV and air conditioning. There is also a home office setup. The gourmet area features a barbecue grill, a table with three chairs, and a poolside bench; a sun lounger is located on the opposite side of the pool. The area also includes an outdoor shower.

*Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

*Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other accommodation items may result in charges covering repair or replacement costs. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

*Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must provide prior identification via an official photo ID.

*Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

*For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity consumption will be charged.

*We ask that you separate trash into recyclable and organic categories and dispose of it in the appropriate areas within the complex.

*Parties are not permitted. Please maintain good relations with neighbors and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

*To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required. This will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms established in the contract.
