2nd floor:

Guest access:
— The condominium is residential and has 24-hour security/reception and an elevator.

— The property is pet-friendly, subject to prior consultation and approval.
— The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces.
— Guests will have exclusive access to all areas shown in the listing photos.
— The accommodation can be accessed by car, subway, bus, taxi, and ride-hailing apps.


Energy control system:
— The apartment has an energy-cutoff system that is activated when the entrance door is opened as a guest leaves. When the door is opened, the system emits an audible signal for 30 seconds.
— To keep the electricity on, one of the buttons available throughout the property must be pressed within this period.
— Upon returning to the apartment, after closing the entrance door, simply press one of the buttons to restore the electricity.
— If one guest leaves while another person remains inside, the person staying must press one of the buttons within 30 seconds to prevent the electricity from being turned off.
— The property has 10 buttons, 6 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor.
— 1st floor: the system turns off only the three air-conditioning units.
— 2nd floor: the system turns off the appliances and lighting, except for the refrigerator, water dispenser, gas heater, and the stairway light.
— Important: as the laundry area is located on the second floor, if the washing machine or dryer is running when the guest leaves the property, they will be turned off after 30 seconds.


Safety:
— The property has smoke, carbon monoxide, and gas detectors on both floors.
— Fire extinguishers are available on both floors.
— The accommodation has a first-aid kit.
— The air-conditioning units have a heating function.


Important information:
— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.
— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and throughout the building.
— Walking shirtless or wearing swimwear is not permitted in the building's common areas.
— We are not responsible for any construction, maintenance, or unavailability of condominium facilities or amenities. If any particular facility is essential to your stay, please check with us in advance.
— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.
— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstered furniture, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to repair or replacement costs. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.
— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid photo ID.
— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.
— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.
— We ask that recyclable and organic waste be separated and disposed of in the appropriate areas of the condominium.
— Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during the stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the established terms.
