— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linen, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may result in charges for repair or replacement. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning oil, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee. — For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity usage will be charged.
