— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linen, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may result in charges for repair or replacement. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning oil, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must provide prior identification via an official photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee. — For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity usage will be charged.

— We ask that you separate your trash into recyclables and organic waste and dispose of it in the designated areas within the complex.

— Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of maintaining good relations with neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required; this will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms set out in the contract.
