— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linen, upholstery, or other accommodation items may be charged according to the repair or replacement cost. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors or people who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We kindly ask that waste be separated into recyclable and organic materials and disposed of in the appropriate areas of the building.

— Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbors and the building's quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the conditions established in the agreement.
