— Any construction, maintenance work, or temporary unavailability of condominium facilities or amenities is beyond our responsibility. If a specific item is essential to your stay, please check with us in advance.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary pads, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be especially careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and similar products.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation with us are not allowed without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid government-issued photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests may be subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We kindly ask guests to separate recyclable and organic waste and dispose of it in the appropriate areas of the building.

— Parties are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or breach of the conditions established in the agreement.
