The property comfortably accommodates up to four people and offers:

– Open-plan studio: Spacious and functional layout integrating the living area, sleeping area, full kitchen, and bathroom.

– Living area: Sofa bed, air conditioning, and a table with two chairs.

– Sleeping area: Double bed, air conditioning, clothes rack, Smart TV, and blackout curtains.

– Kitchen: Oven, cooktop, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and water filter.

– Building amenities: Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, and private walking trail.

— Linens: Bedding and towels are included in the reservation.

Guest access:

– The building features a 24-hour concierge and an elevator but does not offer parking spaces.

– Exclusive access to all areas shown in the listing photos.

– Easy access by car, subway, bus, taxi, or ride-sharing apps.

Important information:

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the building premises.

— Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any construction work, maintenance, or unavailability of building areas and amenities (please note the building is currently undergoing renovations with no scheduled completion date). If a specific amenity is essential for your stay, please check with us beforehand.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bedding, upholstery, or other items in the unit may result in charges covering repair or replacement costs. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, felt-tip pens, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must provide an official photo ID in advance.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity usage will be charged separately.

— We ask that you separate your trash into recyclables and organic waste and dispose of it in the designated areas within the complex.

— Parties are not permitted. It is important to maintain good relations with neighbors and respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required; this will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms established in the contract.
