The building is residential and features a 24-hour front desk and an elevator, but it does not have a parking space. The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock.

Important information:

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and anywhere on the building premises.

— Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any construction work, maintenance, or unavailability of condominium areas and amenities. If a specific item is essential for your stay, please consult us beforehand.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linen, upholstery, or other accommodation items may be charged at the cost of repair or replacement. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc. — Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must provide official photo identification in advance.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity usage will be charged separately.

— We ask that you separate your trash into recyclables and organic waste and dispose of it in the designated areas within the complex.

— Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of maintaining good relations with neighbors and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property, a security deposit may be required; this will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the terms set out in the contract.
