— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be especially careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with an official photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.

— We ask that garbage be separated into recyclable and organic waste and disposed of in the appropriate areas of the building.

— Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and the building's quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be requested. It will be fully refunded after the rental period, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of the established terms and conditions.
