— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause blockages. Any costs resulting from misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or holes to towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take special care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, etc.

— Visitors or people who have not booked the accommodation with us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance with a valid photo ID.

— Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional fee.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately.
