— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Any costs resulting from such misuse will be charged to the guest responsible.

— Any damage, stains, or holes to towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may result in charges covering the cost of repair or replacement. Please be careful with items such as makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors are not permitted.

— Any change to the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity consumption will be charged.

— We kindly ask that you separate your waste into recyclables and organic materials and dispose of them in the designated areas within the condominium complex.

— Parties are not permitted. Please be considerate of your neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property, a security deposit may be required. This deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property and all terms and conditions of the rental agreement have been met.
