Guest Access:

– The building does not offer parking.

Information Regarding the Gym:

– Access and Door Closure.

Access is granted via facial recognition for registered residents, through the main entrance leading to the party rooms and the gym. Please ensure the door is closed upon both entry and exit, as it does not close automatically. This measure is essential for maintaining access control.

– Air Conditioning.

The air conditioning remote control is kept in a location accessible to users. Please handle it with care and return it to its designated spot after use. The last person to leave the gym must turn off the air conditioning to prevent it from running while the space is empty and to avoid wasting electricity.

– Equipment and Manuals.

All equipment is powered on and ready for use. A wall-mounted holder is provided, containing manuals for the machines; please refer to these if you have any questions regarding their operation or proper use.

– Sound System.

The gym is equipped with a sound system to which users can connect their mobile devices to play music. As this is a shared space, please ensure that the volume and usage remain considerate of other people present.

Important Information:

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and throughout the building.

— Walking around shirtless or in swimwear in the building's common areas is not permitted.

— We are not responsible for any maintenance work, renovations, or temporary unavailability of building facilities during your stay, (the building is currently undergoing renovations, with no scheduled completion date). If a specific amenity is essential for your reservation, please contact us before booking.

— Please do not dispose of toilet paper, sanitary products, sand, or any non-organic materials in the toilet, sinks, or drains. Any plumbing damage or blockage caused by improper use will be charged to the responsible guest.

— Damage, stains, or tears to towels, bed linens, upholstery, and other items in the accommodation may be charged according to the cost of repair or replacement. Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.

— We kindly ask that waste be separated into recyclable and organic materials and disposed of in the designated areas of the building.

– Parties are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to respect the building's quiet hours, from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and help maintain a pleasant environment for all residents and neighbors.

— To ensure the safety and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required, which will be fully refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property or non-compliance with the conditions established in the contract.
