— The property can be reached by private vehicle, bus, taxi, or Uber. Important information:

— Condominium access policy: The condominium has strict access control rules. You must submit identification documents for all guests at least 24 hours in advance. Additional guests, visitors, or any person not previously registered and authorized are not permitted.

— Events and parties: Events, parties, or celebrations are not permitted on the property, regardless of the number of participants.

— We are not responsible for any items left in the apartment after check-out.

— Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and throughout the building premises.

— Walking around without a shirt or in swimwear is not permitted in the building’s common areas.

— We are not responsible for any construction work, maintenance, or the unavailability of condominium areas or amenities. If a specific amenity is essential for your stay, please consult with us in advance.

— Improper disposal of paper, sanitary products, cat litter, or any non-organic material in toilets, sinks, or drains may cause clogs. Costs resulting from such misuse will be charged to the guest responsible.

— Any damage, stains, or holes in towels, bed linens, upholstery, or other items in the accommodation may incur charges for repair or replacement. Please be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

— Visitors or individuals who have not booked the space through us are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must be identified in advance using an official photo ID.

— Any change to the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately. — We kindly ask that you separate your waste into recyclables and organic materials, and dispose of them in the designated areas within the condominium.

— Parties are not permitted. Please be mindful of maintaining a pleasant environment for your neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

— To ensure the security and preservation of the property during your stay, a security deposit may be required. This deposit will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property and all terms and conditions of the rental agreement have been met.
