Located next to a busy avenue, this penthouse is on the 3rd floor and is equipped with soundproof windows. Although they minimize external sound, traffic noise may occasionally be audible.

On the first floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single mattress, split air conditioning, balcony, wardrobe, dresser, and blackout curtains. One of the bedrooms has a smart TV and a foldable crib.

The room features a split air conditioning system, balcony, comfortable sofa and is integrated with a kitchen equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cooktop, and washer-dryer.

-The building is quiet, has an elevator, 24-hour reception, and also includes 1 parking space.
-The guest will have access to all the rooms that appear in the ad photos.
-It is possible to access the accommodation by private vehicles, buses, metro, taxi, and Uber.

Attention!

- We are not responsible for any works or amenities of the Condominium that may not be available during the reservation. If any of these items are important for your reservation, please consult us in advance.

- The toilet, sinks, and drains are not prepared for the disposal of non-organic material. Do not throw paper, sanitary pads, sand, or any other foreign material into the plumbing. Blockages generated by misuse will be charged.

- Improper use of towels, bedding, and upholstery, holes, or stains will be charged according to repair costs. Be careful with makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, cigarettes, paints, markers, etc.

- Visits or people who have not booked the space with us are not allowed without prior authorization. Prior identification of all guests with an official photo Id is mandatory.

-The deposit refund will be processed within 30 to 60 days after the end of the stay, according to the period required by the card administrator.

-The change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

-The electricity charge will be applied for stays of 20 nights or more.
