— The penthouse is located next to a busy avenue. The apartment is situated on the third floor and is fitted with soundproof windows. While they significantly reduce outside noise, occasional traffic sounds may still be heard.

— Pool maintenance is carried out every Wednesday (occasionally on Thursdays). The procedure takes approximately 15 minutes and is essential to maintain water quality.


Guest Access:

— The building offers 24-hour concierge service, an elevator, and one parking space.

— Guests will have access to all areas shown in the listing photos.

— The property is easily accessible by private vehicle, bus, subway, taxi, and Uber.

Please take extra care with makeup, sunscreen, tanning products, cigarettes, paint, markers, and any other materials that may cause damage.

— Visitors or anyone not included in the reservation are not permitted without prior authorization. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in.

— Any change in the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

— For stays of 20 nights or more, an electricity consumption fee will be charged.
